These terms apply when you download or use CueTrack Live, developed by Spook Creative. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Licence and acceptable use

You may use CueTrack Live for personal or professional event-production work on devices associated with your Apple Account, subject to the App Store rules. You must not attempt to misuse the app, interfere with other devices or networks, reverse engineer the app except where law expressly permits it, or use it unlawfully.

Subscriptions

CueTrack Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription. The price shown in the app is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, the subscription renews automatically and your account is charged within 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings. Any free trial converts to the paid monthly subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Live event use

Event teams should test devices, power, local-network connectivity, display routing and fallback procedures before every live production. CueTrack Live is an operational aid, not a safety-critical or emergency system.

Availability and changes

Features may be updated, improved or discontinued. Network discovery and remote control depend on compatible Apple devices, operating-system permissions and the local network, which may be outside Spook Creative’s control.

Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CueTrack Live is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Spook Creative is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from show delays, missed cues, network failure or equipment configuration. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. Access to subscription features ends when the applicable paid period expires after cancellation, subject to Apple’s billing and refund rules.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
