CueTrack Live is developed by Spook Creative. This policy explains how the CueTrack Live apps and this website handle information.

Information the app handles

CueTrack Live does not require an account and does not include advertising, third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. The app does not send personal information to Spook Creative.

Timer settings, run-of-show content, cue messages, session history, device names and any image you choose as a stage logo are stored locally on your device. You can remove this content from within the app or by deleting the app.

Local network and nearby devices

When you use Stage or Controller mode, CueTrack Live uses Apple local-network technologies to discover and communicate with nearby CueTrack devices. Stage names, timer state, cues and operator messages may be shared directly between the devices you connect. This traffic is used only to provide the feature and is not sent to Spook Creative.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchase status are processed by Apple through the App Store. Spook Creative receives entitlement status needed to unlock premium features but does not receive your full payment-card details. Apple handles purchase information under its own privacy policy.

Photos

If you choose a stage logo, the system photo picker lets you select an image. CueTrack Live receives only the image you select and stores it locally for display in the app.

Support communications

If you email support, Spook Creative will use the information you provide to respond, troubleshoot and improve CueTrack Live. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and legal obligations.

Website

This static website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, cookies or external tracking scripts.

Children

CueTrack Live is a professional event utility and is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as CueTrack Live changes. The latest version and its effective date will remain available on this page.
